The staff is very nice, and Christine had asked a bunch of questions to get to know my medical history, and did some tests that were as a result of what she found out. When the lab results came back, Christine met with me for about 15 minutes to discuss all of the results. I feel her exam was very thorough, and I would recommend anyone who needs their annual physical to go to Christine.”

Veronica is a great instructor and goes at a pace suitable for beginners. I am fairly practiced in yoga but sometimes I feel classes are a bit rushed, this one is very relaxing. She even brought around lavender oil for enhanced relaxation at the end of the class. Would definitely recommend this to yoga lovers of any experience level!”
