“4yo went in for a tooth extraction, before we even arrived I was in contact with the receptionist trying to hash out insurance and cost. She was amazing, contacted the insurance company and requested a summary of benefits so she could review it and try to figure out an estimate for us! When we arrived she had everything ready for us, we were called back very quickly and met with Dr. Nguyen who went over the process to include our options. The Doctor was very patient with us as parents and with our son, total time was a little under an hour for the extraction. I am not sure where the negative reviews come from, the Doctor is honest and straightforward which should be a positive, it may be as parents we are just very anxious for our children so the situation is already high stress soon as you walk in. Our son is showing no signs of extreme stress or pain, he is running around happy showing everyone where his tooth is gone! In summary, this place was great and just need to keep in mind its going to be difficult no matter where you go when you have to hold your kids hand when they are distressed.”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE working at Pima in COS! After 30 years in general practice, I am so happy to share my experiences and make new memories with the students and staff. The students are so amazing that I get sad when then leave! Many of them keep in touch and visit when they are nearby or in town. People that I meet in the veterinary field (and the human medical field for that matter) are excited to tell me all about the incredibly talented Vet Techs and Vet Assistant students that have landed at their location after attending Pima. They are asking me to KEEP THEM COMING!! The leadership is supportive and approachable. They make a great effort to celebrate and show appreciation for the students and the instructors throughout the year. A shout out during a staff meeting means a lot to those of us that are teaching every day! We are proud to be celebrating Pima Medical Instutitute's 50Th anniversary and kudos to the really popular, soft and comfortable 50th anniversary t-shirts. . .my evening students wear them EVERY casual Thursday night! Finally, when you work with a team that loves coming to work, everyone is supportive and willing to help each other. I ordered my food but then once I was waiting for it to be handed to me I remembered that I didn't get any fries or cheese dip sauce which is my kids fav ! As I got their attention and asked if their fries were any good at that moment the kid working said well you know what I can have then throw in a fresh batch , I said count me in ! I ended up going inside to wait because the drive through continued with people. Guys let me tell you how stinking good those fries really are ! ! I ate like half the bag on my way home ! “Best orthopedic medical office. Candy, the office manager was very courteous and friendly. When I first called, she listened to my concerns and the severity of my symptoms. She gave me an appointment for the very next day, which was impressive. My symptoms were severe and I was treated like a human being, not just another patient/appointment. Dr. Scott is amazing. “Carly has been nothing short of a blessing to my family ! She treats me for chronic back pain and also for knee and leg pain . She is a great source of healing energy .
