“Just took my kiddo for his first lesson. The patience and grace they showed as they worked with him to get him in the water was second to none. The three trainers worked on making him comfortable and were patient during the entire lesson. After their patient persistence in getting him comfortable he made it into the water and splashed around after 27 minutes. When it was time to go he didn’t want to leave. I am so excited to see his progress as we continue our lessons. In addition, all of the staff members that we encountered were friendly and professional.”

“Update: Finally went inside and I was amazed at the cleanliness and organization and functional design of interior. The store is quite spacious even though it seems like they used every nook and cranny to place in item and yet doesn't feel cluttered at all. The staff were quite friendly and obviously doing a great job as everything was stocked up and there was even hot food available at 11pm. The prices were also good, restrooms clean, taquitoa are bigger and SE better tasting than others I've tried; tasted bit more natural. ....... To be honest haven't been inside this store, just been filling up when possible and it if makes sense, but I'll most definitely go in and experience their customer service. I would hope it's top notch as stated, today gas was 20 cents cheaper and had to fill up so it made sense. Usually been pretty busy but since there's plenty stations lines move fairly quick.”

“I came across Colorado weightlifting club/ Nico Rither when I moved to Denver for work in January of 2014. I had just started Olympic weightlifting a few months prior in September. I wanted to continue training once I got moved so I contacted several crossfit gyms in the area all of which either didnt respond or said i couldnt just lift and had to do crossfit. I found Nico's gym and was invited to train that same day. My best lift to that point were 80kg Snatch and 120kg Clean and Jerk. Nico's programming was individualized based on what I needed to work on. This was different from the cookie cutter programs I was on before. I signed up and started training that same day. Results came slowly at first and then more consistently as I adapted and grew strong. By spring time my back squat had went from 140kg to 184kg. After getting a decent strength and technical base my lifts increased greatly. Later in spring I hit 111kg snatch and 136kg clean and jerk. My lifts continued to increase to where I hit my current PR's of 130kg snatch and 150kg clean and jerk last fall. I would recommend Nico's coaching to anyone looking to take there lifting to the next level. It will be hard at times and it will test you physically and mentally. With dedication and hard work you will see results though, and reach strength levels you didnt think you were capable of. Nick Anest”
