“Great workouts, always varied. I think this is a great environment for people that like to workout in groups. The coaches are all pretty awesome, professional, and helpful with advice on achieving your fitness goals. The one down-side is that the classes only have one coach present for the workouts and it's almost impossible for them to help and fix everyone's form. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quick and tough workout in on a busy schedule.”

“This is my first experience having a trainer and overall I’m enjoying it quite a bit. I had been doing the same lifting program for awhile and was looking for something new. Our first meeting was thorough and we went over my previous program, my goals, and plans for my new program. We got started not long after and I’ve enjoyed my lifting program. She provides enough info and video links for lifts, the variety of lifts are great and what I was looking for, and we meet monthly to go over things. I’m not located in Denver so Amanda and I meet over zoom and that works well for me. She’s also easily accessible so if I have any questions mid lifting she responds quickly. Very chill person overall, really tries to understand your goals and keep that in mind when creating your program, and understands that it’s difficult to maintain a workout program which is great. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I don’t plan on not working with Amanda anytime soon.”

“Margaret was truly a gift. I work as a nurse and tried every therapy to help with a neck injury after a skiing accident. I did 3 sessions with her and after each session, I could move my head and neck without pain each time. After the 3rd session, my neck pain completely went away within 4-5 days. I am a 3 weeks out now from our last session and it's like I never had an injury to begin with. She is an amazing health professional. She is so gentle, great conversationalist.
