“I don't know if this is 24 hours or not (I always thought it was), but I went there during the day, so I guess I have no way of actually knowing. I was on my way to work one day and decided I was either going to kill myself or drive to this place, so went here instead. They asked me to fill out some paperwork and got me in to speak with a counselor in a reasonable amount of time. They offered to let me stay if I feel like I needed to but we were able to create a safety plan with my family watching over me instead. I was not charged for their services even though I had Kaiser and they did not accept Kaiser. They helped schedule follow up services. Its unfortunate that others had bad experiences but if you really need help, please don't let their experience deter you from seeking help.”
