“This is one of my favorite places to work out. The pool is warm, great for therapy. And the pool has a,current section where the goes in the opposite direction adding resistance to a workout. The crowd is older. And there are many people trying to rehab an injury or just exercise. The people vary in etnicity and national orgin. Not everyone in the pool speaks English, but we seem to find common ground with a smile, a hello, and mutual respect. The wellness center has a wonderful gym, land and water aerobics taylored toward a mature group. The bistro serves free soup. And you can order off their menu. Great parking, awesome staff.”
