“If I could do 4.5 stars I would. My husband and I have gone to Conceptions since August 2022 (and previously before that but ended up getting pregnant without assistance). I have read some negative reviews about Dr. O’Shaughnessy but our experience with her was great. She is very kind, but also tells it to you straight, which we appreciate. Also, the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful! My biggest “problem” at Conceptions was the nurses. You get moved around to multiple nurses throughout the process and they only communicated by email. My FET nurse was the only one who ever called me and she was great. The other nurses wouldn’t call even when I asked them to. I found this very frustrating because you’d have to wait for their email reply instead of a quick phone call that would have answered all the questions at once. With that being said, I would still 100% recommend Conceptions. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant after one frozen embryo transfer and couldn’t be happier!”
