“This was my first experience with Brother’s and just WOW!!! I called a few days ago because my hot water heater had a burning rubber smell coming from it. Laura was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled and set me up as a member for a small monthly fee. Robert came out today, found the issue almost immediately, had someone from Brother’s drive here with parts he needed and fixed it all in 1 visit! Even staying well past 5pm on a Saturday. On top of all that Robert was incredibly helpful, personable, and clearly trustworthy. I’m forever sold! I’m a single woman with a townhouse that’s in need of fixing so the membership gets me proactive inspections I desperately need and discounted services as well. “I am a self professed moron at plumbing and had my bathroom sink drain go to pot. I had no idea the parts and what I needed to do to put it together...then I was introduced to Gary in Plumbing. This dude looked at my old contraption (I brought it with) grabbed some bags of parts cut them open, put it all together for me and told me I may need to cut the one pipe to fit. I got home and installed it in about 4 minutes...had to take it off and cut the pipe (as Gary said), put it back together in another 2 minutes and Wallah...works like a champ and no leaks. Oh yea...the cost of the materials was a whopping $8.30. It makes my day to have been helped by Gary...by the way he has to be in his 70's...dude rocks!! Thank you Gary for your help, kindness, and mad skills in helping an inept wanna be plumber. Cheers!”
