“After a very rough start and issues I listed previously, they have come back and fixed everything with no charge and been very response and diligent. There was obviously a communication problem between their front desk and the technicians. I am very happy with the way they have resolved this issue and will use them again. I have had them out twice since 4/5/21 to fix a furnace. The last time they did a "patch" but needed to order a part and said they would be back in about a week. It's been 6 weeks. Our furnace is not working. I have called 3 times this week to ask about the part and if they can come back and fix our furnace. Was told by receptionist that she would have to check with Tyler on Monday. On Tuesday, I called back and she said she still hadn't received an answer from Tyler but she would call me when she did. Called again on Friday, they are not in, and still no word and no furnace. They have been great when they have come out before, but very frustrated with lack of responsiveness to a non-working furnace. At LEAST let me know if there is a problem with the part and what our next step is. But don't keep me waiting another entire week with NO WORD. Frustrating. No choice but to move on and wish I had not shown so much patience.”

“Several services going into Woodland Park were no longer available, so I did some research and called Advantage Sewer and Drain for a quote. The process was done professionally and quickly. (Even after some follow up questions.) So we scheduled a mainline clearance. Eduardo went out to the house and spent a good amount of time ensuring our lines were cleared out to the main service connection. He was communicative, professional and informative. Eduardo also ensured he left the site clean and back to normal. He's a pro! After the invoice came out, I had further clarification needs and they were met. Payment of the invoice went well. “My basement floor drain was not draining from the kitchen line. I have had this issue before and felt it was an easy fix but did not have the tools and know-how to fix it myself. John's tech was not available right away but with his guidance, I purchased a small drain snake and fixed it myself! I have never had a plumber so willing to assist me (while on vacation) and provide me with guidance (and reassurance) which ultimately saved me money. Metro Drain is an honest and professional company. If I have the need for a plumber in the future, I will call Metro.”

Stihl products and parts are not cheap, but they hold up and give long term value. “The Basset team recently installed a new AC unit on our house and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Christian came out first to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We decided to go ahead and schedule the job and Basset had a team out the next day for the install! Tristan and Jordan did the entire install the next day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with how much work they got done that day. The next business day the subcontracted electricians came out to wire everything up and Eric, from Basset, started up the AC unit. The day after, Lorenzo and Jordan from Basset came by to square everything up and ensure it was all working properly. I am currently writing this review in a nice cool house. Basset was affordable, professional, timely and the staff were all friendly. We are impressed that it took only 3 business days to go from the estimate to a working AC system! We would definitely recommend them to others.”
