But the doctor and her supporting staff once you are in an exam room are super down to earth and really informative and supportive. If it wasn't for the doc and her supporting medical staff, the rating would be much lower. First impressions are so super important. The front desk needs a little more finesse. Otherwise, the actual care is great.”
