They're super clean, use disposable tools. Great filing, scrubbing, massage was fantastic - the pressure this girl uses is awesome! “Love the staff and the services. Came in for a consultation and ended up purchasing a laser hair removal package. I have been to 6 treatments so far. I am experiencing about 60% hair loss. I am loving not having to shave! Best thing is that if I have any hair regrowth, I can get it treated FOR LIFE! The pain is similar to a tattoo. It’s not horrible and definitely worth it for a few treatments and life time of no shaving. The staff is always kind, fun, and respectful of my needs. Especially, Terri at the front desk and one of my nurses, Hailey. I am also a heavy set woman, so getting treatment on my body is a little uncomfortable. Not one nurse has made me feel bad or uncomfortable here. They are always AMAZING!! I have loved everyone I have come into contact with at this office. I saw quite a few poor reviews and instantly thought I made a mistake. I called the place twice and didn't get an answer, but I showed up for a walk in anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was worried that there may be an issue redeeming my Groupon but it was easy peasy. The girl at the front desk made sure I knew what I was doing before I started my spray tan and all was well! I would definitely come back. I'm only giving 4 stars because no one answered the phone either time that I called (during business hours).”
