The tenants had not paid rent for several months and I had gotten a court order for their eviction but needed a great number of people to carry it out. Rob was able to organize those people well, and the eviction went without a hitch. “I parked my trailer here for almost a year and have nothing but positive reviews for the manager, Kym, who was a pleasure to work with. Kym went above and beyond to attend to, rectify and fix any problems and issues I might have had. When the tenant in the spot next to me was a problem she kindly moved me to a better spot that I had told her I wanted at the same rate as my old spot. Kym also gave me her personal number so I could reach her. I tried not to abuse that privilege but certainly appreciated it! I felt that Kym was aways accessible and went above and beyond what most storage facility managers would do for their tenants. The facility itself is clean well maintained. The prices are reasonable to be able to park my camping trailer in a gated storage facility and a designated spot. I sold my trailer and Kym was gracious and accommodating in closing my account out. If I were to be in need of storage again or recommend a place I would definitely recommend the Boulder Storage Center. It's very conveniently located right off the Foothills Pkwy too!”

“These guys were great! I am new to the RV world. I had no idea what I needed to do de-winterize. They stopped what they were doing and helped me get my unit ready to take out. As well as teaching what they were doing. I then went back a few days later since we had a freeze coming and again I didn't know what I was going to do since I have already de-winterized it. They stopped what they were doing again and helped me drain my lines and make sure everything was open. I can't thank these guys enough. I am so grateful to Boulder RV. “I have no reservations referring Bills RV Storage. Their staff are professional, timely and accommodating to all my needs, and far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 24 hour gated and video surveillance gives great peace of mind. The reason I switched to Bills is the storage facility I used before, experienced a storm that left my RV with 11k in damage while my family and I were out town. I found my camper badly damaged 3 months later, before departing on a family trip. Management explained to me, that in the agreement, it clearly states that they are not responsible, nor will they take action to inform owners of property damage. I have been with Bills for over a year now and have received very clear communication that pertains to the storage yard or information they feel is vital to the owner of property in the yard. They truly value their customers. My only disappointment was waiting as long as I did to store my RV here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!”

“This is a great facility! I just moved my boat out, but I was always happy with this facility. The fees were very reasonable for all if the years I rented a space there. Stor-Rite was always straightforward and ethical about their pricing, and I respect and appreciate that. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have an air compressor on the property, because tires that that sit for seasons at a time usually need to be topped-up before they are ready (and safe) to be used. (Though, there is a gas station ~1/4 mile down the road that has a compressor with enough surrounding space to use with a trailer/RV/boat/etc..) I'd also like to thank the people who were very helpful when an issue arose! Tom was all-around great in getting me set up, and his partner (sorry, I forgot her name), was wonderful and patient when an issue arose with my auto-payment account and I had to get it sorted. Lastly, I want to single out Lorie for quickly and kindly helping me terminate my lease when I was confused and working in circles trying to figure it out. Thank you all!!”

“Northside Self Storage Facility is an unexpected pleasure. The new owners installed complete new roofing, painted, and cleaned. The best part is that questions, requests, and changes in rates were all handled pleasantly and remain VERY competitive with local facilities. Good storage facilities in Canon City are scarce! Having a well kept and convenient storage place at reasonable prices is a blessing. Having friendly management is unusual, and adds to the comfort of doing business. “We’ve been here just over 2 years. This is a great safe and secure storage facility. The lot is gravel so no rodents and very good drainage. I’ve never seen a weed here. The fresh water on your way out and the dump on the way in are lifesavers! Its secure and the location is 3 mims from I76 and 10 mins from I70. Owners are great people. Very happy here!”
