“Great experience here over the weekend!! Melanie at the front desk was absolutely awesome. I reserved a unit online and received a call about 2 minutes later to confirm the size and move in date. When I arrived on Saturday, Melanie braved the freezing cold weather so she could show me the unit I reserved before signing the paperwork - above and beyond service if you ask me!! I didn’t look close enough when first reserving the unit, but I was under the impression it was inside. Despite the unit she showed me being very clean, well lit, and of ample space, I had to find something that was climate controlled. If they would have had the same size available inside, I absolutely would have continued with leasing a unit here. Melanie was graceful and understanding in my decision and even offered to call me should one come available. Awesome service and very friendly staff here! I recommend!”

“One of the most pleasant experiences I could have hoped for! I called and informed the staff member I was renting a storage unit about five hours away and was wondering if I could come in and take down some measurements to get an idea of how much I could fit inside of my unit. The staff member I was speaking with told me that it would be possible and I could come by. A couple hours later I came in and went to the desk to ask which unit they were ok with me using. Both staff members were phenomenal and so infinitely helpful! As for the storage units themselves they too were phenomenal. Very clean and well maintained, the roads in between had very good drainage so there is no chance of water damage, and the measurements are not exaggerated in any way on the website. They also have climate controlled storage I noticed but I didn't get the opportunity to check that out as that is not what I had come for. I would 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for self storage. If in the future I am looking for self storage in this area I would love to use this location.”

We rolled into town with a full truck, but hadn't scheduled any movers to unload our things, so we contacted Abe Lincoln Movers late that evening, expecting to leave a voice message and to our delight the phone was answered. Amazingly, we were able to schedule a crew the following afternoon. The following day at 12 noon (as scheduled) the crew showed up and immediately jumped on the unloading. They were prompt, curious, professionally behaved and moved quickly. As promised, the whole house was unloaded in the time-frame specified. We highly recommend Abe Lincoln Movers!”

“The facility is very clean and well maintained. I like the 24 hour access. The prices are reasonable. The management is fantastic. John gives great customer service. He calls to remind me when a payment is due so I won’t have to pay any late fees. The also called to warn me my unit wasn’t locked properly and showed me how to secure it. The boxes I bought there were of good quality at a great price. They cost a lot less than ones I bought from other places. John even put them in my car for me.”
