To say the situation was frustrating is an understatement. Erik Fretheim (and his Area Store Manager, Carin Zupancic) worked extremely hard, pulled a few strings, and bent over backwards to help us resolve EVERY issue, communicated very clearly with us and saved our relationship along with GE's tarnished reputation. They didn’t stock it but Ericka went above and beyond to find a brand they did stock that had the exact same ingredients (and was even more affordable). I’ve never experienced that level of service. The groomers there also do a great job of trimming my dogs nails even though he is a handful - they are so sweet and patient with him. Every single person that works in that store is so friendly and helpful - I can’t recommend a better place to shop for your pet!!”

“This was a great tour, I really enjoyed it. My guide was knowledgeable about the geology of the area and knew the names of the rock formations. He pointed out interesting details that I would have missed. The bike was fun and easy to operate and made the hills a non-issue. We stopped a few times to walk and explore interesting areas and I was able to take some great pictures. Everything about the tour was great!”
