He collaborated with me to make some changes before we agreed on a plan. His staff was timely and knowledgeable. We had some challenges with Comcast, but were able to resolve those (just took some additional time). We ended up getting a sub-woofer that was not compatible with our sound bar, but the team was able to resolve this and order a replacement (again, just took some additional time). Brendan did a great job explaining how to use our system. Now that the system is completely in place, we are delighted with our new entertainment system!
