“I have been a regular client at this store since 2015. We purchased two car batteries at this store in late 2018, one purchase was on December 12, 2018. For the past three weeks, that battery started to lose its charge. I either had to drive the car daily, or put it on a fast charger to get the battery usable. Then, I remembered the two-year free replacement option that Advance Auto Parts offers. Today, I called this store and spoke to Trevor about the failing battery. He looked up my account and confirmed that the battery is eligible for free replacement. I put a quick-charge on the battery, got the car started, and drove straight over to Advance Auto on 92nd. Trevor was the person who helped me out at the counter, and Joe helped to confirm that the battery was eligible for replacement at no cost. They gave me a receipt to confirm the transaction. Then, Trevor wheeled the new battery out to the car, and did the removal and replacement of the old with the new battery. Trevor is helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, and knows the business; all of the great things that a customer wants to find in customer service at a store like Advance Auto Parts. Even though I have to drive a bit to get to this store now, I will continue to do business at this store because of how quickly and efficiently Trevor and Joe got my purchase confirmed, got me up and running and on my way with a brand new replacement battery. I am now ready for winter, and thankful for the great customer service that started with Trevor answering the phone at Advance Auto on 92nd Avenue this afternoon!! Great job and Thank You Trevor!!”

“While visiting the area I stopped in this coffee shop 3 days and really enjoyed the coffee. I tried to stop in a 4th time (Friday 9/4) but arrived at 4:04 and realized it closed at 4. There was a customer at one of the outside tables sipping coffee and I saw an employee mopping the floor about 4' away from the door. I wanted to know if they sold gift certificates so I could possibly call at a later date and order. I knocked lightly 3 times to inquire and the first 2 times the individual mopping looked at me and continued to mop. I raised my finger to indicate that I had a question to ask. After the 3rd knock, he opened the door slightly and said "What?" I asked if they sold gift certificates and he looked at me exasperated and rather annoyed and said: "Yes, you can come back tomorrow". Since I have worked retail jobs for 21 years I realize that days can be long and customers can be annoying, but I have NEVER been rude, disrespectful or displayed annoyance toward a customer. Needless to say I will not be ordering any gift certificates for the people I had wanted to give them to. They offer great tasting coffee, but customer service is lacking, at least from that employee.”

“I am a 44 year old female who has had multiple hip replacement surgeries. My first hip replacement was at the age of 33. Since then, I've had three more hip revision surgeries due to various complications. “I just love these guys. I went in a year ago because I was getting horrible shin splints while running. They put me on their foot map and treadmill and then paired me with an amazing pair of shoes that I ran into the ground. The best part is when I went back in a year later to buy another pair they had me on file and were able to order my exact shoes even though they aren't manufactured anymore. He is hospitable, intuitive, empathetic, and generally just pleasant to be around!!! For example, instead of pointing out that my sandwich wasn’t ready yet, he gave my beverages and immediately began inquiring about my day, where I was headed, and distracted with genuine conversation, before I knew it - my sandwich was in my hand.”
