“Favorite pet store ever! Rob visibly adored our dog, Mac, and was committed to his wellness and happiness. He was well educated on brands and ingredients. We felt comfortable trying new foods knowing that we could return an opened bag if it didn't sit right with our furry buddy. Rob was also experienced and brave with nail-cutting, as our dog is normally completely intolerant of it, yet Rob still managed to quick a broken nail! Incredible guy and store.
