“As we were instructed by U-Haul to find a technician to check out our hitch wiring, I called several U-Haul places to schedule. When several places either did not answer or had no technician available, I discovered on Google Maps, U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Golden. Since I was close by I just stopped in. I’m ashamed to have forgotten their names, but the two gentlemen working were extremely helpful. One came and inspected our cars wiring AND assembled the ball and joint. I would’ve picked out the wrong thing if it had been up to me. Excellent customer service, which can be seriously lacking these days. Thanks guys!”

They were also friendly and willing to talk to me, find out all the information about my cats and build a custom diet for them, which will be so much healthier than what they had. I was feeding a food that I thought was good, as it was pricey and looked good, but after reading articles on their website, I realized it wasn't. I've had Einstein bagels before but this time was my first try with a sammie, I went for the mushroom/spinach and it was pretty good! Service was friendly and appreciated that they were patient with us forgetting the money in the car, they still went ahead and made the food so we wouldn't have to wait, that was nice. Overall good visit.”
