“Excellent customer service, but not in the typical fashion. I purchased my tires and made my appointment on line. When I arrived, the store employee had my paperwork on the counter, ready for me to sign. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take and that was it. I was literally in the store for 30 seconds. Similar experience when I went to pick my vehicle up after they called to say it was ready. I walked in, he said, "sign here", handed me the keys and my receipt, and that was it. Not much of a conversationalist, but I was in and out. No fluff, no frills, but I was there to buy tires, not make friends. Very efficient, great value for my tires and my time.”
