We wanted new carpet and new hard floors and they provided all our options and helped with picking the perfect products for both floor types. The entire installation process was great with follow-ups and communications up to and after the installation. The installers were great to work with and talk to. Very pleasant and knew what they were doing. Not the fault of the Arvada Flooring Company but after about 6 months we had a manufacture's defect in our carpet. We contacted Arvada Flooring and they responded immediately and worked directly with the carpet manufacture on our behalf. We ended up with a different carpet at no additional cost to us.
