I had a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) in October 2021 and was referred to him by a local optometrist office. When I called him on the day my symptoms appeared, he answered his phone on his way into surgery, then made time for me to see him later that same day after his office had closed. “Not only does Spruce Confections have yummy food (burritos, sweet confections) and delicious drinks (coffee, juices, etc.); every Sunday from 9:30-11:30 there is joyful music in the sweet courtyard on the side. A great band—string instruments and singing—has been playing for the last 15 years (and who I just recently discovered). Old time jazz and tunes that make your feet tap and your head nod.
