I went in yesterday for a new tube and tire, and 5min after leaving the tube popped (Due to an issue with the rim) I called Joe up and he got me back in today, fixed my rim, and replaced the tube a second time, all at no cost. Exceptional customer service goes a long way! Will definitely be coming back for future needs.”

“We have worked with Wayne Pinegar for a number of years, and he has helped us so far with 8 transactions both buying and selling since April of 2016. In fact we have just closed on a purchase that took considerable time negotiating inspection items. We originally met with Wayne at an open house he was conducting for another of his clients. We had decided to sell our home on Flintridge and invited Wayne in for his professional advice. We had remodeled the home throughout. Wayne walked through the home and made some suggestions to get the home ready for sale. He came back and took a series of photos (he was a semi professional photographer) and made the most awesome presentation in the MLS. Even back then, Wayne sold it in 3 days and then helped us buy our next home. We were in that home for a year and a half and sold it for a tidy profit, again in about 5 days. He then helped us buy another that we just recently sold two weeks ago. The market is a bit tougher now but Wayne employs a lot more marketing tools such as 3D walkthroughs, interior decorator, professional photographer, and drone videos. As such, he sold it in 3 days. But before we sold it, Wayne helped us buy 2 homes out east with acreage, on a well and septic. Wayne helped us better understand well and septic and in fact found a septic issue with the last home that unfortunately the sellers would not fix. But Wayne took it upon himself to find an excavator that has resolved the problem at a reasonable price. He is full of energy, full of wisdom in real estate, highly respected, and very professional. We enjoy working with Wayne and mostly admire his negotiation skills when buying and selling but also with all the inspection issues that come up. We couldn’t recommend Wayne more. If you are buying or selling you really should give him a call.”

Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.”

We had a few serving us during this visit. One was very friendly and funny! The other forgot to mention last call an hour and a half before closing. One of our guest asked for another, and the waiter brought a hot sauce bottle with a note that said "another" lol. And the drink.”
