“We're very happy at Colorado Swim School. Our toddler loves coming to the lessons and he has made quick progress. Ella and Kidd are wonderful. They welcome him with smiles and have lots of great techniques to expand is comfort zone without scaring him. He and Ella have bonded very well in particular. Our kid doesn't look back, he is excited to run in and get started with Ella and is smiling during the lesson. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Scheduling is easy and I also appreciate the make-up lesson policy.”

“Wonderful yoga teachers and all welcoming atmosphere. The classes are more about how your body is feeling and less about getting a sweaty work out, although depending on the teacher that happens too. The other day, there was some technical issues with their system and accessing my membership. The staff was so wonderful letting me participate in the class without a full check-in. They were able to email me the next day to let me know they were able to get things fixed. I really appreciate how this was resolved. Highly recommend this studio!”

“I rented from RS for the last two years and cant say enough nice things about Rosie and Jessica. The only reason I am vacating property is because I got a too good to say no deal on a purchase. Their properties are, I would say, reasonably priced in a market where I have seen plenty of price gouging over the last couple of years. Application process was a breeze. They base approval on first qualified applicant versus collecting dozens of applications and choosing the favorite. I have seen a lot of property companies here doing this egregious practice. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with the property, example last big windstorm, they were super responsive and the issue was dealt with quickly. They often respond to emails out of hours, even if not urgent, and are awesome people and super easy to deal with. Rent payment is a breeze through their online portal. Word of caution on this. You are given the option of reporting rent payment to credit bureaus. If your credit score is on the lower end this could be a good thing for you. If however your credit score is on the higher end you may want to deselect this option. Rationale being that it will report as a newly opened credit account which will decrease the average length of open credit accounts. It dipped my score by a couple of points but as soon as I changed my option it jumped back up again. They are, subject to owner approval, pet friendly. If the need arose I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from RS Property Management.”

“Tall Pines Painting did a fantastic job of painting our very old cabinets! I would highly recommend them. They are very responsive, reliable, good communicators (which I think is rare for contractors and people doing work in one's home), timely (ACTUALLY came when they said they were going to), straight forward (no manipulative sales or trickiness), knowledgeable, experienced, and they deliver a high quality product. Not only did Adrian paint really excellently, but he also worked without making a mess. (They have a sander that vacuums IN the dust while they are sanding.) Any bit of dirt or dust that was made was cleaned up carefully and there was NO dust sitting about on furniture or surrounding areas which I think is amazing. In addition, Bryan helped with solving our hinge replacement problem--he spent a lot of time doing research and finding a hinge expert in Georgia to powder coat our "antique" hinges since they could not be replaced. He went above and beyond, to say the least. They even waited for payment while we waited for the hinges. I could not be happier with them and their work and professionalism.”

“We took a trip to the Happy Apple Farm this week and our family and friends had so much fun. There are so many different types of apples to choose from, different types of pear trees, and a pumpkin patch. Throughout the property, there are props to take photos with as well! The staff is super friendly and encourage you to taste the apples before you fill up your bag to make sure you like each variety. My kids who range from teenager to elementary enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back before the season is over. The owner Tony is absolutely amazing as well and taught my kiddo about his favorite apple he was munching on. Don’t forget to take your hay ride down to the pumpkin patch! All of the pickings were reasonably priced and if you are military, there’s a discount for you! Take your family or go with friends and make this your new friends & family tradition! 😃 Thank you, Happy Apple Farm for the hospitality, unique green pumpkin, and delicious fruit! I personally contacted right way roofing through a contact I had made with Blake F., a salesman. Blake was very accommodating to my schedule and was eager to be able to help me determine if I was in need of a new roof. We agreed on a time and he arrived exactly on time, dressed nice and was very professional. Blake wasted no time and had is ladder set up and was on the roof checking and marking things out. After a thorough inspection Blake informed me that my roof had no problems and that I could rest easy knowing that everything was fine. What I appreciate more than anything is his honesty. Blake could have been dishonest and tried to make a buck, but he demonstrated good character by being honest. When the time comes for me to get a new roof, you had better bet that im calling Blake to come do the work!”
