“I called John Denley on a Saturday due to a non-flushing, overflowing toilet. He was at my house within a half hour to assess the situation. John was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem and instruct me on how to deal with the situation. He called the next day to check on how things were.
