Most importantly, as a Cub Scout mom, their amazing mechanic had a clinic to teach them how to change oil and how to change a tire. He was so incredibly patient and kind. AND five years later, he still recognizes me when I come in. Such a sweetheart! Their car washes are fast and good. I love that they remove my WeatherTech mats and clean them separately. As a realtor, I can be picky, they never mind getting into spots that I ask them to hit a second time, like cup holders and door handles. They keep my car looking super.
