AFC Urgent Care Norwalk

Best urgent care of the area! The whole staff is professional, amazing as well as kind. My son actually enjoyed a visit to the doctors & that isn’t easy for a toddler. Only thing was the long wait time even though I made an appointment. Best urgent care tho highly recommend

The staff was very helpful and courteous. However, I was hoping the doctor would’ve called in my prescription earlier. I know there was some concern about taking it simultaneously with my other medications which was very thoughtful on her part. Yet, I didn’t know about this until later when I heard it from one of the other staff members.

My 1st visit was not bad. I didn't have too long a wait. Both Nurse and Doctor were very pleasant. The office was clean and so was the waiting room. The receptionist was also pleasant and very patient. If I had a wish it would be to receive some kind of printed information that says what my problem was and what to expect while I'm taking my meds. But that's not really a big issue. I will go back in the future I need to.
