“Fantastic find. Found this place online. They promptly called me Monday morning and said come right over. I brought my table lamp for repair. He fixed my lamp right away, and within 15 minutes I was on my way back home with my lamp completely repaired. Price was reasonable. Cash or check only. They do all of the repair and restorations for United House Wrecking lighting. Since I had matching lamps, this saved me from having to buy too more when only one was broken.”

“Connecticut Pet Containment and Kevin are the best! I had a e-fence installed almost 6 years ago. It was a great investment and my 70 lb Pit Bull has been able to run around the yard without any issue. Over the years I have been in need of a few service calls. Usually landscapers break the wire. Each time I have called Kevin he has responded immediately and resolves the issue. In late October I adopted a new puppy. I called Kevin in December about training my new puppy on the fence. Kevin came with drill in hand - he had to drill holes in the frozen soil in order to put up the flags! Great service and a great product!”

“I had my IPhone battery needed to be replaced. First i spoke to Apple chat support. They investigated and asked me to go any apple service place to get it replaced and gave this TBI address near by my place.Also i checked price ,he said ,as discount is going on so i need to pay $29. I searched for TBI and called to check if they do replace battery and if they have this battery. As per assumption with voice ,looked an Gentle lady picked the phone at TBI then i asked do you replace the battery, she said yes. Then i asked do you have this battery specific for my phone , she checked and confirmed. Then i asked do i come now or tomorrow. She checked and said come now if you can as our tech guy won't be available next day come quickly if you can. I said i can come in next 10-15 minutes then she said come. Then i asked how much it'll cost me, she said $39. I told her that i had talk with apple support team and they said $29 then she said alright come we'll do it in $29. I reached there in next 10 minutes , When i went inside i saw an Gentle lady there. As it was too late to fix this so couldn't get it fixed. Also i had some misunderstanding which they corrected me. I appreciate it. Thank you and keep on doing good work.”

We were amazed that each time he came into the house from his truck , he took off his shoes ( we didn’t ask him to do this). “Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours. After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company! ”
