(October 11, 2018, 8:51 pm)One reviewer shares an unpleasant experience which is surprising. I don’t write reviews often but I felt inclined to after I read this negative review about Tamika. She is amazing. I return to Dr. Hines time and time again because I not only respect him, but his stafff. Tamika has always been professional and relatable. Shes been a pleasure to deal with. Every time I check in for an appointment I feel like I’m visiting a friend. She’s always invested in how my family and I are doing and is kind with my children. She is truly a gem and they are fortunate to have her. She makes the place feel like home. Dr. Hines has been amazing, as well. I found him when I was unhappy with my doc at the time and switching to him was the best decision I made. Previously I had felt like I was being treated as a child and things were explained to me in complicated medical terms. He makes things easy to understand and I’m so grateful. Without him I would’nt have made the decision to have children. Thankfully I trusted him and because of it I have two amazing little boys. Thank you to Dr. Hines and Tamika for an always pleasant experience! See you in a couple of weeks!
