“Completed 40 days of radiation therapy this morning, which began on August 18th. My deepest thanks and gratitude for the thoughts and prayers of family and friends. While I was shown much grace from the Lord to have experienced little if any side effects, I am also so grateful for the extraordinary care, expertise, and attention provided to me by the team at Trumbull Radiology Oncology Center, led by Dr. Mcgibbon. I don't believe you can find a better team. And while I hope not to be a regular patient going forward, I will nevertheless miss each person there who I got to know. To that extent, I would never have thought that ending radiation therapy would be a "bittersweet" feeling! ”
