“Dr. Steven Kardos provided excellent medical service. He was informative and interested in me and taking care of a kidney stone before leaving on vacation. I saw him in the late afternoon on August 16th. After discussing my situation and timing issues he reviewed my medical records and x-rays (from a prior Urologist) directly with me in his office. Dr. Kardos took control and with the assistance of the staff of Northeast Medical Group Urology, he obtained authorization from my insurance carrier and arranged for medical treatment the morning of August 17th at the Yale New Haven Park Ave facility. The staff and Nurses at the facility were attentive and interested in my well being. I was scheduled for the procedure at 9:30 am. I arrived at 8:30 am. Dr. Kardos briefed me again on the procedure at about 9:00 am and the procedure commenced a little after 9:30 am. The care received was in stark contrast to my experience on August 11th. I would highly recommend Dr. Kardos and the Yale New Haven Park Ave facility.”
