“One reviewer shares an unpleasant experience which is surprising. I don’t write reviews often but I felt inclined to after I read this negative review about Tamika. She is amazing. I return to Dr. Hines time and time again because I not only respect him, but his stafff. Tamika has always been professional and relatable. Shes been a pleasure to deal with. Every time I check in for an appointment I feel like I’m visiting a friend. She’s always invested in how my family and I are doing and is kind with my children. She is truly a gem and they are fortunate to have her. She makes the place feel like home. Dr. Hines has been amazing, as well. I found him when I was unhappy with my doc at the time and switching to him was the best decision I made. Previously I had felt like I was being treated as a child and things were explained to me in complicated medical terms. He makes things easy to understand and I’m so grateful. Without him I would’nt have made the decision to have children. Thankfully I trusted him and because of it I have two amazing little boys. Thank you to Dr. Hines and Tamika for an always pleasant experience! See you in a couple of weeks!”

“I recently purchased hearing aids with Gavin Audiology. I did a lot of research on providers in the area and found information and reviews somewhat lacking. I was disappointed in the first provider who did testing and recommendation. They spent little time with me and quickly recommended one vendor. I ultimately selected Gavin because of their time as an established family practice. I found the entire process quite exceptional. I received more detailed testing which was explained to me over the course of an hour. Working with Dr Lowry we found the right hearing aids for me. Dr Lowry is wonderful. She is smart, empathetic and highly responsive. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.”
