“I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about but I've been working with New England Artisans (owners Eddie and Jay) for the past 3 1/2 years. They've remodeled a Jack & Jill bathroom, kitchen, family room, laundry room and are currently working on my master bath and bedroom. They've also done two beautiful stone walkways to the entrance and back of my house. Their workmanship is beyond perfection. They are both detail oriented people with an eye for great design and style. Eddie and Jay are incredibly easy to work with and make what can be trying projects, smooth and relatively care free. I would not be a return customer and trust the design and character of my home if I didn't love the work they do.”

“Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours. After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company! ”
