The food is so fresh and the flavors are amazing. The owner, Bill, really knows his stuff. Always gives great wine recommendations whether you’re looking for a glass/bottle on its own or a pairing with a meal. Their waitstaff is also consistently excellent— very knowledgeable on all menu items and wines. Another thing I love about Nouveau Monde is their special events. The Thanksgiving wine pairing dinner event was phenomenal— already can’t wait for next year’s event! This award-winning restaurant truly is a hidden gem— so many things to love about it!”
