  Decent gym with pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in. 4 stars instead of 5 because dumbells only go up to 70lbs and there's no platform for deadlifts.

  I love this gym...it's super cheap, super simple, and less crowded than most competitors. Reading the other reviews, I agree that staff turnover is high, but there are also familiar faces and they are friendly. Haven't ever tried to cancel, but for the price I don't think you can really beat it.

  The staff is really nice and friendly and will help you out with anything. The place, facility is very clean I've never seen it dirty they keep it well. it's never overly packed and that's one of the things that I enjoy, the time that I go it's the middle of the day granted but the times that I've gone on Saturday mornings it's not packed, there's people there but it's not packed and I think that's also what makes it comfortable going there. they have a lot to offer, its a great place and I enjoy going there.
