“Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours. After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company! ”

“My Mother has been a resident since July 2015. I was concerned about her transition to a health care facility when I first realized she needed more care than having caregivers visit her at home. That concern went quickly to a positive realization because of Wilton Meadows. From the first time I met the staff and saw the facility I felt more comfortable about Mom living there. My respect for the facility has been very positive and continues because of so many things. The activities have been such a wonderful experience for my Mom. The games, artwork and caring activities people are above and beyond caring and helpful. The nurses and caregivers are very attentive too. The dining facilities, the food and the servers are always a positive experience for her. Mom was first in the rehabilitation area and had great care there. I knew that she could transfer into the permanent living area and have continued support and caring people to help her. Whenever I need to talk with someone I can reach them fairly quickly. They are always helpful and truly listen.”
