Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect. That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with the result. The team on the phone in the office were always a delight to deal with.
