CT Voyager Balloons - Hot Air Balloon Ride Connecticut

I booked a hot air balloon ride as a birthday gift for my partner because he has always talked about wanting to do one. The whole crew at CT Voyager Balloons was wonderful, they even brought out champagne and cake to help celebrate! Mehmet is a great pilot and really funny, definitely put us at ease for our first hot air balloon ride ever. Everything felt very safe and comfortable the whole time and the views were gorgeous :) Maggie did a great job coordinating logistics and communicating with us when the weather didn't work out for our initial desired date. Maggie also takes great photos!!! Whole process (including the landing) was super smooth and made for a wonderful birthday celebration! Well worth the early morning drive

On July 1 my wife and I went on one of the most amazing hot air balloon rides with CT Voyagers Balloons. Maggie and the whole crew made us feel so special, went above and beyond to create a safe and enjoyable experience. I would recommend CT Voyagers Balloons to anybody for a truly wonderful and beautiful, hot air balloon experience. They even went as far as providing birthday cakes for our birthday experience. ❤️ Love these guys!!!!

These are are AMAZING!!!! Mehmet is an experienced pilot who's personality immediately puts you at ease. Maggie is super helpful and accommodating but so was the entire staff. At 2500 feet off the ground it's perfectly silent and peaceful. I recommend this experience to every single person I talk to about it. And that's anyone who will listen.

This company has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, not just for a balloon company, but they set the standard when it comes to putting the customer first.

It is a fantastic company. They make sure the weather is perfect and safety first. We celebrated some birthdays and Maggie went out of her way and bought cakes and champagne. Everyone gets a certificate at the end. They went beyond our expectations! Everyone was so incredibly nice.
