“Sentry Electric always do professional electrical work around our house. In the past they have done everything from exterior lighting installations to our audio visual capabilities to all of the electrical wiring during our kitchen remodeling project a couple of years ago. We recently had a small electrical mishap in our home that my husband made even worse and finally I called Sentry before my husband could cause total electrical failure (not to mention the likely possibility that he would electrocute himself). Sentry answered the phone right away and was at our home within 20 minutes. They are always very friendly and patient and their electrical service is consistently done right the first time. Plus they always clean up afterwards too. This time was no different. Their electrical inspection identified the problem and thankfully they fixed it asap. The cost as usual was very reasonable; in this case for 2 hours of work. We definitely recommend these expert electrical contractors!”

But then I started shopping there almost daily, trying to fill a new house with needed items, and Nicole Drasdis from the logistics department contacted me about consolidating shipping costs to my area. The shipping can be a bit high for individual items, but Nicole worked on my behalf and consolidated my shipments saving me countless thousands of dollars. Everything is as described, but their real secret is that they have an outstanding staff behind the inventory. No matter how good the item, if you don't have employees like Nicole, and also Samantha Curtis (in the Warehouse), you have a bad operation. The LV's support team is what will keep me shopping there. They are kind, efficient, and honest. Highest rating I could give to any shopping experience, including full retail brick and mortar showrooms. I'm in the design business, so I've dealt with a lot of not-so-helpful professionals in the design trade. The Local Vault is now my first go-to for any project I may have in the future.”

The owner, Eddie, is an outstanding individual whose knowledge about frames and their producers/production is unparalleled. Lovely guy. He’s a lot of fun to talk to while everyone else who works there is wonderful as well. Their service is exceptional. As for the selection, it’s not a massive store but they have precisely hand-picked their selection of frames and there is a wide variety... a lot of top brands and unique styles + materials. I must add that they are extremely fast because their lens are done in-house (and it’s top quality). If you are in the market for glasses or lens, do not hesitate to give them a visit.”
