    Wanted some extra $$ for the holidays...applied online and had my money the next day without even having to step foot in a branch! Sterling in the Contact Center was AMAZING, he answered all my questions & even stayed late to make sure everything went through! With employees like Sterling, it's no wonder they're the biggest and best CU in Delaware!!! Thanks so much!

    This is the main branch and the Headquarters for the Del-One Federal Credit Union in Delaware. The whole staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help me every time I needed help. They have a FREE coin counter for customers that is in the lobby and is easy to use. I have not applied for a loan yet, but their posted rates are very competitive.

    I've been a member of Del-One since moving to the area five years ago. They have consistently friendly service, competent and efficient staff, as well as convenient banking hours. To top it off, they recently put in new ATMs at the West Dover location that provide scanned copies of the checks you deposit...right on the transaction receipt! Love the new machines, and the fact that they dispense funds in $5 increments is also very handy.
