  I'm not exactly well versed in the gaming world and the staff at GameStop were just awesome when it came to me asking question after question about systems and games that apparently even a non-gamer should have at least heard of ("What the hell is a Bendy?" was my response to my son after he asked for this game for Christmas. At least I knew what an Xbox was.). They were so patient and knowledgeable, cracking jokes with me when they could see the confused and frustrated look on my face as I'm trying to understand what we needed, etc. Never once did I feel out of place or uncomfortable or like a total idiot when it came to the gaming world. They took the time to help, explain, recommend and put me at ease. I couldn't have been happier with their awesome service! Another note: Prior to visiting the store I went on to the GameStop website and was able to order games for pick up at the store. Once I received the confirmation email that they had what I wanted I was able to go to the store where it was ready and waiting for me. Fast and easy.

  I know nothing about video games and go here to buy gifts for my son, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This particular location seems to have lots more toys, plush, tee-shirts, ect, than other Game Stop locations.

  Everything is very organized. Good customer service. Always find the game that my son wants.

  I was looking for a particular game. I called the store first and spoke with Frank. He was extremely helpful. When I went to the store to pick the game up, he remembered our conversation and was prepared for my arrival. I was extremely grateful because the game was very important to my daughter. I will be sure to continue to visit this location.
