    Came in one day to find the system down. Rep assured me he’d hold the phone I wanted. He’s extremely good at multitasking and by far the most patient. While helping me he provided a tutorial for an older couple and answered questions for other customers while helping me. Felt sorry that he was the only person there doing all of this. Great attitude all around. Store could use more staff especially during the holidays.

    Wasn’t aware this store even existed but glad I was referred there. The store on 202 is always packed and tired of feeling pressured by the staff. Hesitant about this particular store because it was empty. Two guys working there but after overhearing them talk I felt more comfortable and decided to wait. The manager (black gentleman) is a straight shooter and that’s what retail needs, less pressure into buying and more honesty. Kind enough to even change the channel so my child could watch tv. That’s service. 5 stars all the way

    I worked with Niles at the Naamans rd store. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an ATT store. He spent a lot of time with me and my husband to create a new icloud address and showing me how to use my new phone. I live in Pa near East Norriton but will come back to Naamans Rd store to see Niles the next time I need help with my phone. Doris
