  Small place so we had a wait. We had a cozy bench we sat on while we viewed the extensive menu.....it all looked so good! Crab balls, fried clams, steamed shrimp and more. Just when I thought I knew what I would order, I saw something else that caught my eye! I actually told my date that who ever created the menu took a lot of care in it from a patron's perspective. There was so much variety. The staff and other patrons welcomed us and another patron actually let us know a booth was open as soon as he saw us waiting. I had the grilled tuna, baked potato and green beans. It did not disappoint. The baked potato was cooked perfectly and I didn't even need any of the butter or sour cream. My date had the Shrimp PO Boy. It had fried fish and jumbo fried shrimp. He said it was delicious and it was huge! I mean the sandwich couldn't even close! We were in the area because my daughter attended the #TimTebowFoundation #NightToShine event at #HeritageShores. My date got a slice of one of their many homemade cakes. I would definitely return to Snappy's. Thomas Jefferson aka "Snappy" came over and introduced himself to us! He was working hard along with the rest of his staff ????

  I loved this place!
  (Long review) We first walked in and there was little wait. While we sat and talked about the many choices on the menu; a gentleman walked over and told us we had better grab a seat before more people came in. The establishment was well pack, it was obvious we came at the height of rush hour. Once a seeded the waitress took our order and the food came out exactly per our liking. My date had seared tuna with baked potato and string beans and I had a shrimp po boy. We both gave kudos to the chef! Not too long after we finished our meal the owner - Snappy came over and introduced himself. We told him how we enjoyed the food and we would definitely make a return visit.
  5 stars for the service, cleanliness, friendliness and good food

  I liked Snappy's. We had eggs over easy and bacon and home fries. Everything was good. Decor is cute. It was like eating in a little general store in the country. I'd go back.

  This was an unexpected find. As we drove through town towards Cambridge and the Bay, we realized that there would be few places to eat until we made it to Cambridge. Since one of us has a blood sugar issue, we needed to find a place to eat and did not really want to back track towards Bridgeville. It was then that we came across this little unassuming place. I am glad we did. The food was excellent. I had the Texas Burger which was one of the day's specials. It was a great burger. Furthermore, the waitstaff was friendly and the service was great. Do not let the unassuming appearance fool you. If you're in the area, you need to stop here!

  Absolutely best food we’ve had in Delaware. Everything was as good, if not better, than made at home. Had the special meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and fabulous green beans specially made on the grill. Best meatloaf ever. Wife had a bacon cheeseburger made from fresh hamburger (not a frozen patty.). Large burger loaded with bacon and cheese with whatever toppings requested and cooked to order. Take the time to visit this place; you will be so glad you made the effort.
