(December 24, 2018, 10:12 am)I currently train under Luke Rinehart at Clinch Academy in Frederick, MD and was looking for somewhere to train while visiting some family in Delaware during the holidays. I came in on Monday for a morning marathon roll and had a great experience. Everyone at the gym was incredibly welcoming, competitive while still being technical, and genuinely dedicated to good submission grappling. I especially appreciated how respectful everyone was of my recent knee injury. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the good vibes and good rolls!

I told him I was here only for a weekend and if I can roll with the guys and right away I felt like I was home in my gym back in Pittsburgh. Place is very clean and welcoming and excellent talent there . recommend this place 5/5
