Previous to Dr. Pfaff my husband received injections every 4 to 6 months. My husband's back was so bad that he retired from NSA due to chronic back pain. It had gotten to the point where he just fell to the floor, that's how awful the pain was. Dr. Pfaff performed surgery on L3-L4-L5, removed the bone, cleaned out the mess, deadened the nerve facets that prevented him from even standing and put the bone back in. 3 to 4 days to up and walking. The surgery was performed in 2015 and still no problems. Perfect experience and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
