“Dr. Kelly has been my primary care physician since relocating here 7 years ago. Generally healthy my care had been routine, colds, annual check ups etc. Recently having back trouble I had an MRI of my spine ordered by an orthopedic physician’s assistant. As my primary doctor Thom Kelly also received a copy of my MRI. He was so concerned with the results he called me at home. He explained the seriousness of the results, called the ordering orthopedics office and made certain I received the immediate care my test results warranted within 24 hours of having the MRI done. I wasn’t even scheduled to review my results for another week after my MRI. Dr. Kelly had me seen by an orthopedic surgeon within 1 day. He went above and beyond the normal standard of care. I am able to get appointments with him as needed. Even his office staff are all very nice and helpful. I thankful and grateful he is my family’s primary care physician and I highly recommend him.”

“Previous to Dr. Pfaff my husband received injections every 4 to 6 months. My husband's back was so bad that he retired from NSA due to chronic back pain. It had gotten to the point where he just fell to the floor, that's how awful the pain was. Dr. Pfaff performed surgery on L3-L4-L5, removed the bone, cleaned out the mess, deadened the nerve facets that prevented him from even standing and put the bone back in. 3 to 4 days to up and walking. The surgery was performed in 2015 and still no problems. Perfect experience and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“Dr. Michael Sofronski is hands down the best Surgeon in the area/state. I went to another Bariatric Surgeon in Dover Affiliated with a different hospital and went thru there Nutrition program for 6 months and did not lose any weight pre-surgery.... As soon as I switched to Michael Sofronski's practice, I felt way more comfortable with them and thru following his own developed nutrition program, started to shed the pounds and had Robotic Assisted Vertical Sleeve Surgery scheduled a month or so later. His staff is amazing from Mary who is the receptionist/scheduling expert to Kasey, Mikes trusted assistant (she is great with everything - insurance, questions you might have etc).
