“I also find this laundromat to be the cleanest in the area!! Sunday, January 27th, 2019, approximately 8:15am...But unfortunately the one worker is NOT pleasant. There was feces in one of the machines and we made her aware of it. She walked away with an attitude and said "well, there is nothing I can do about that!" Shortly, thereafter, an older couple walks in with only a comforter. They ask for assistance. Seeing what they had in hand, mind you, only a small comforter, she turns away and states you can use any machine. Completely disregarding their needs. So I stepped up and helped them. Personally, this lady has to go. Longneck people are friendly, serviceable and just downright respectful!”

“I found Don / A Smarter Clean a few years ago. Having owned a beach condo for many years that's rented seasonally, carpet cleaning is a necessity. The service provided by Don is second to none. He promptly responds to my scheduling inquiries, arrives on time, and he takes pride in his work. I don't know how he does it, but he works magic on some hard to remove carpet stains that show up after a summer rental season. The carpets are cleaned with minimal dampness. His equipment is different from anything I've ever come across - it doesn't require as much water, and the carpets are clean and dry in short order. Prices are very reasonable. Don provides the type of service anyone should expect - and he definitely delivers.”
