The tech (Shawn) listened to my complaint with the system and looked into it.to my surprise it was just a problem with my thermostat. I was not aware of a delay once the a/c was turned on. the tech explained how this thermostat operates and that I had no issues with my system. I asked him to look over my system and make sure there are no problems. He let me know my system is in good operating condition and no problems were found. He at no time tried to up sell me. I felt confident with him and I will use this company again and are satisfied with there pricing.”
