Important Update:
I tried again today and finally got through by phone instead of the website to Melinda, one of the kindest and most patient representatives. Melinda was professional, empathetic, thorough, and encouraging. It was just a reminder that God truly will provide you with everything you need and send his kids to help you if you keep the faith. I learned that there was an issue on my account that prevented me from independently processing an initial claim on the website without assistance. A disclaimer on the website for people filing for the first time or who may have worked two or more jobs in a fiscal year will help resolve this matter. Once these communication are addressed one will have a better experience. Thank you. Hang in there and I wish everyone the best during these unprecedented times.
I don't get the bad reviews. I called early in the morning and waited for about 20 mins. Melissa picked up the phone and answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me with my PEUC. She is very informative and helpful.
