The first is on the corner of 7th St and H St (under the At&t store) which is closest to Chinatown and usually has a group of homeless individuals nearby. The second is on the corner of 7th St and F St under the Capital One Arena, next to Vida Fitness. The third is on the corner 9th St and G St next to the National Portrait Gallery.”
