There is plenty of room for your own personal activities in-between classes if you just a space to stretch, dance or do yoga with a with a friend. The gym is well equipmed with all the weight you needed to get an all around work out and a good selection of cardio equipment that never has had a weight. Plenty of amazing trainers there if you are looking for some motivation and guidance.”
